Design and Simulation of a CNTFET Based Current Mode Full-Adder with Low PDP abstract
In this paper a new design of current mode full adder based on carbon nanotube field effect transistors is presented. The better operation of CNTFET based current mode full adder in comparison with current mode full-adders that based on CMOS is demonstrated in the simulation and comparison table. The simulation is done by HSPICE software using Stanford university model for CNTFETs in 0.65V power supply. The proposed circuit shows better operation in terms of speed, accuracy and PDP in comparison with previous current mode full adders.
