Weighted least squares minimal residual method for solving Fredholm integral equations of the rst kind

In this paper, weighted least squares minimal residual (WLSMR) method is proposed to solve quadrature discretization of various rst kind Fredholm with continuouskernels. The WLSMR method uses a new inner product instead of the Euclidean one arising from discretization of L2- inner product by the quadrature formula. Numericalexperiments are used to illustrate the performance of the new method compared to the LSMR method
