Abstract:
Today s growing population has caused more human demand for food, which has led to the expansion of agricultural production and the impact of land and resources on the ground [1]. In most cases, their genes products may function in stress response and tolerance at the cellular level. Significantly, the introduction of many stress-inducible genes via gene transfer resulted in improved plant stress tolerance [2]. To identify the DEGs (Different expression genes) in the wheat plant, the drought stress resistant microarray libraries that have resistant cultivars are download from the NCBI site with the CEL. File format (such as GSE30436, GSE25940, GSE3162), then analyzed libraries in the GEO2R section of the NCBI site. (log2 FC: up expression ≥ 1, down expression ≤ -1, P.Value = 1%) After export the results to excel file, common significant up and down regulated genes revealed on JVENN site(http://jvenn.toulouse.inra.fr/app/example.html) VENN diagram have showed intable1. Based on these graphs, 3 resistant cultivars had165 genes with increased expression, such as SPS5, TaABI1, Wcor18, Xip-R1, rab, Wcor410b, TaSAG3, TaGolS2, LEA3, ASN1, SAMDC1 and 75 genes such as chi1, TaEXPB6, HIR3, PDR1, TaKSL2, PR-1.1 had decreased expression compare to control condition.
