Improving the Challenges of Business Intelligence effects on Organizational Learning with the Mediating Role of Information Technology Application (Case Study: Teif Gostar Industry Co.)

This research is a descriptive-survey type of correlation with the applied and time-consuming nature of the article in order to investigate the impact of business intelligence on organizational learning with the role of mediator of the application of information technology (Case Study: Teif Gostar Industry Co.) . The statistical population of this research includes all the managers and experts of the Telecommunication Company of Tehran, which use commercial intelligence systems (N = 100), due to the small size of the population, the census method was used for sampling. Finally, 86 the questionnaire was returned and the basis for the research. The instruments for measuring the research are three questionnaires Intelligence Inventory, the learning organization of Neife, and the use of information technology that was used. In order to measure the validity of the questionnaires, the formal and content method was used to determine the reliability of the Cronbach s alpha. Its value for the organizational intelligence questionnaire was 0.945, for organizational learning 0.908, and for application of information technology and equal to 0.814. Data analysis was performed using Spss23 and Smart Pls3 software. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data and structural equation methods were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that business intelligence has a significant effect on organizational learning due to the role of mediator in the use of information technology in Telecommunication Company. Also, the sub-assumptions of the research were confirmed; business intelligence has a significant effect on organizational learning; business intelligence has a significant impact on the use of information technology; the use of information technology has a significant effect on organizational learning.
