بررسی ومقایسه آیین نامه های مونیتورینگ سلامت سازه ای پلها در کانادا و آمریکا و ضرورت تدوین آیین نامه مشابه در ایران

By increasing the population of cities, creating the mega and modern cities and increasing the quality of construction, the importance of lifelines in those cities are going to be more visible and sensible. Bridges as an important part of lifelines have a significant role during and after a disaster. So, by considering their importance role during and after a disaster, in order to prevent crisis we must to have a precise estimation of their behavior in that situation. Structural health monitoring( SHM) is an engineering tool that is used for control and revises about the changing of condition that gives good information for management and decision. For this subject, different countries have different SHM codes. In this paper we discuss about the SHM code in Canada, intelligent sensing for inovative structures, (ISIS) and America (FHWA) and necessity of having some similar codes in Iran
