A review of some facts cognitive neuroscience revealed about language and music; two of the most important human abilities

Nowadays by exerting various brain imaging devices and methodologies, lots of neuroscientific researches has been conducted in order to investigate neuronal and biological processes of language and also music, as two of the most unique human cognitive abilities. The aim of the present article is to review some neurolinguistic approaches, especially in word level, sentence level and text comprehension level processes in compare to music processes and some of the whole factors affecting them. In spite of different existing theories about language and music, whether they are of a common brain network or are totally independent of each other, both have a privileged status in human brain which can play a significant role in our understanding of human nature.
