Abstract:

English language is very important in this globalization era. To communicate well, proper diction in uttering and expressing is very demanded. it is inseparable part and the most dominant factor in communication besides gestures, facial expressions, etc. In this globalization era, people and students need English as a medium to have a conversation with people around the world. Unfortunately, students especially those at the young age still find difficulties in learning English. On the contrary, the less difficulties they find, the highest grade they will get. students learn the English much better when the examples are not randomly presented but organized in a meaningful order which illustrates gradually more concepts, and gradually more complex onesThis paper highlights some student factors and resources related to the implementation in context of English language teaching(ELT) and learning. Some common ELT problems such as students’ lack of motivation, poor attitude toward language learning, curriculum, self-confidence, and so forth are also discussed
