Abstract:

In this research, we plan to consider the relationship between the agile organization and theemployee’s performance improvement. This is a correlational research from the field branch to thesurvey research and is applied in structure. The statistical population is 40 staff employees from thehead office of the Rural Water and Wastewater Company in Chahar-Mahal & Bakhtiari. Since we didnot have access to the population variance and did not know whether the variances would bring uspositive outcome or not, we utilized the Morgan Table equating 36 people. The method of samplingwas simple random and the intended data was collected through the questionnaires and the rate ofdelivery was 80%. The data was analyzed by the software SPSS. We utilized the correlational test inthe referential analysis of data and the Freidman Test for ranking. The results indicated that there is apositive and significant relationship between the agile organization and the entrepreneurial behavior.
