Abstract:

The sour gas pipeline between Masjed-Soleiman and Bandar Imam (the feed of Razi Petrochemical Co.) with the length of 174 km and 20 inch diameter contains 25% Hydrogen Sulphide and 11% carbon dioxide, in which the produced gas in Masjed-Soleiman with the average amount of 150 million cubic foot per day from the height of 530 m above sea level will be arrived to Bandar Imam where is located in the height of 1 meter above the sea level. Various researches around the difference between the amount of entrance gas and discharging gas and also the probabilities of gas condensate formation in pipeline have been done.In this paper, the goal is to predict the quantity of condensate which is formed, composition of liquid components in outlet stream of pipeline and also the pressure drop in each segment.
