Organizations, in order to reach their goals, need to train and educate human resources tailored to their own strategic situations, (Undoubtedly, training is the beacon of life in every society.) Taking into consideration the role and importance of human resource which is the most important factor among other factors of production, disregard for manpower can lead to reduced performance and increased waste or even losses (especially in unexpected accidents) because these issues are attributable to the lack of human resource experiences. Therefore, the matter of human resource growth that usually is accompanied with some training and education methods should be considered as the main task of organization management, so, we decipher the importance of human resource and their proficiency for all society members even for organizations in order to achieve their goals and success.
