Abstract:
The displacement of ions and molecules from member is important biological process, and applicay in isolate and separations. The member of single layer lipids is impermeable for inorganical ions; because chargical ions couldn't pass. From the inside of hydrological members. Of course, there are several processes for displacing ions from member. Macrocyele lipophilic ionophores as crown ether act like transporters. Ionophores and metal cations join between member layer level and source phase, and spread as like pair ione and trance salt ione from inside member, and reach to phase, that in there, ionophore complex is destructed, and transferred salt is been free. A new aza crown macrocycle containing OH groups (DB17C5) are synthesized. Reaction Bis [(4-methyl) phenol (2, 2'-sulfoxide)] with allyl chloride in the presence of K2CO3 and KI afforded to compound (II). Compound (II) and metachloro perbenzoeek acid in dichloromethane was stirred at room temperature for 24h then was prepared bis epoxide(III). The new macrocycle (DB17C5) was synthesized by reaction of bis epoxid with ethylene diamine in 85% yield.
