Abstract:

Time is alerting and developments in electronic media has affected all businesses .the present study has examined the role of electronic media for the development of business processes. The research is descriptive. The statistical populations in this research are among commercial offices in Tehran. The simple random sample using Cochran s sample size formula samples has been obtained from 105 persons. Tools for data collection are two questionnaires. The first questionnaire to measure business process evaluation and a second questionnaire to measure electronic mediating role among members of the samples are distributed in the offices of municipal e-services. Indicators related to business process using smarter ranking. Research hypotheses are tested using Spearman s correlation and stepwise regression methods. Results illustrate that, through electronic effects by protecting buyers and sellers from the opportunistic behavior of business processes, are not significant, but by facilitating exchanges and market matching buyers and sellers of business processes has considerable influence.
