Abstract:

This study was conducted by 677 international barley genotypes using 8 experiments namely: international barley yield trial low rainfall cool winter(IBYT-LRA-C) with 25 genotypes, international barley yield trial low rainfall moderate condition (IBYT-LRA-M with 25 genotypes, international barley yield trial moderate rainfall(IBYT-MRA) with 25 genotypes, internation barley yield trial high input condition(IBYT-HI) with 25 genotypes, international barley observation nurseries high input condition(IBON-HI) with 167 genotypes, international barley observation nurseries low rainfall area cool winter(IBON-LRA-C) with 123 genotypes, international spring early maturity observation nurseries(ISEBON) with 128 genotypes and finally, international barley crossing block spring(IBCBS) with 159 genotypes. four preliminary trials were performed in the simple lattice with two replications and other exprements were performed systematically and without replication. In the all of trials, mahoor cultivar was used as check at 3 stations (Gachsaran , Gonbad and Moghan) during one year (2009-2010) and in the systematically trials each genotype was planted in a 2 rows, 25 cm line spacimg and 2 meters length with labors and in the replicated trials, each genotypes was planted in the 6 rows with 17.5 cm line spacing and 4.37 meters length from each other with seed planting device(Winter Stiger) in the common time. During growth session, data was collected from some important morpho- physiological traits and all of genotypes were compared with mahoor as check. Present report was prepared as territorial report for Gachsaran station. Frpm the all of exproments, were selected 193 genotypes, 2 genotypes from IBYT-LRA-C, 7 genotypes 2, 6,7,8,9,11 and 14 from IBYT-LRA-M, 8 genotypes 2,4,5,9,14,15,16 and 19 from IBYT-MRA, 6 genotypes 4,11,17,18,19 and 20 from IBYT-HI, 56 genotypes(33.53%) from IBON-HI, 52 genotypes(42.28%) from IBON-LRA-C, 29 genotypes(22.66%) from ISEBON and finally 34 genotypes(21.38%) rom IBCB-S for the more investigation at the next year. In the first trial grain yield was ranged from 73.2 kg/ha for line No. 4 with 73.7% decline relation to mahoor to 3069.8 kg/ha for Line No.5 with 10.7% yield increment. In the second trial, grain yield was varied from 957.7 kg/ha for line no.23 and 68.35 decline to 3751 kg/ha for the line No.8 with the 24% yield increment to check. In the next trial, grain yield has been varied from 1570 kg/ha for line No. 11 with 37.2% decline to 3814 kg/ha for Line No. 22 with 52.6% relation to check. In the forth trial, rang of grain yield has been varied from 1577.8 kg/ha for Line No.14 with 40.2% decline to 3416.9 kg/ha for the Line No.17 and 29.4 more than check. For the international nurseries, grain yield have been varied from 340 kg/ha for the Line No.82 with 83.6% decline to 4840 kg/ha for the Line No. 134 with the 111.4% yield increment, from 1100 kg/ha for the Line No.15 with 51.5% less than check to 5020 kg/ha for the Line No. 68 with 105.3% more than check, from 1020 kg/ha for the Line No. 27, 37 and 48 with 48.5% , 58.3% and 58.3% less than check to 5450 kg/ha for the Line No. 51 with 87.9% yield increment and from 160 kg/ha for the Line No. 19 and 94.1% less than check to 4660 kg/ha for the Line No. 20 and 72% more than check and line No. 35 with 86.8% more than check respectevily( one of the parents for the line No. 35) make be crossed with Sara with the highest yield in this trial.
