بررسی ارزیابی ارقام و لاینهای پیشرفته گندم نان در آزمایش مقایسه عملکرد در شرایط تنش خشکی در اقلیم گرم ‭(ARWYT-DROUGHT)‬

This study was carried out with 18 bread wheat lines selected from PRWYT-Drought with Chamran and Dena cultivars as checks in Ahwaz, Darab and Zabol research stations, in two experiments including 1- optimum irrigation until physiological maturity and 2- drying-off from heading stage, using complete randomized block design with three replications in each station in 2008-09 cropping season. Some phenological and morphological traits such as grain yield and yield components were measured. Analysis of variance and mean comparison were done. Stability of genotypes were analyzed via Ranking (R), Standard Deviation (Sd) method and yield stability were measured by stress susceptibility (SSI),stress tolerance index(STI), geometric mean productivity(GMP), tolerance (TOL) and slope of grain yield trend 2. According to the results of combined analysis of variance lines No.;2, 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.12,13 and 15 yielded higher grain yield under optimum condition, while under terminal drought stress condition lines No.; 2, 4, 6, 7, 9,10 and 15 produced higher grain yield compared with check. According to the result of this research lines No; 2, 4, 6,7,9,10,12 and 15 were selected to compare in ERWT- Drought trial in 2010-11 cropping season.
