بررسی طراحی و ساخت دستگاه زیرشکن تزریق کننده بقایای گیاهی به خاک به منظور ذخیره نزولات

There are several methods for improving water reservation in rangelands. In this investigation a tractor mounted machine is designed and manufactured for subsoiling and transfusion mulch in the soil. This machine has two main mechanisms: subsoiler and transfusion system. Subsoiler fractures hard layers of soil. Mulch transfusion system contains hopper, screw conveyor, vertical canal and motive wheel. Motive wheel rotate screw conveyor in hopper by chain and sprocket. The material in the hopper which used as mulch - such as husk, bran, sawdust and etc. - moved to the top of vertical canal by screw conveyor. Mulch is transfused in the soil by vertical canal located back of subsoiler stem. Two disks create mound of soil on the top of groove in the back of machine to hold water top of the groove and mulch. After design and manufacturing, this machine has used in the field and observations showed that this machine has achieved purposes.
