Matricaria chamomilla is known as one of the oldest of medicinal plant by human and it is one of the most important nine medicinal plant in the world. Water and soil salinity is the most important stress that limit production of crops in dry and semi-dry land and can limit growth of crops. One of paths to outface the salinity is genotypes selection. This research in order to evaluation of quantitative and qualitative traits on three genotypes of Matricaria chamomilla under the effects of different levels of salinity to two plant method of seed and seedling was done at field of Isfahan agriculture research center by split split design with three replications and three factors of planting method, salinity and genotype during 2013 to 2015 years. The main factor including two planting methods of seed and seedling and the sub factor including different levels of salinity, control, 6,9 and 12 dS m-1 and sub sub factor including Isfahan, Ahvaz and Shiraz genotypes. Quantative and qualitative traits were measured during growth process. Result this experiment showed years, salinity and planting methods had significant differences for more quantitative and qualitative triats. Wet and dry weight of plant and root and percentage of essential oil in different genotypes was different. With increasing of salinity, nitrogen of flower and root in Isfahan and Shiraz genotyps increased and decreased in Ahvaz genotype. Phosphorous of flower and root increased with increasing salinity and Shiraz genotype showed the highest its content. Potassium increased with increasing salinity but potassium in root was the heighest in control(08/1187 mg/kg). Sodium content of flower and root in three genotypes with increasing salinity increased. Zinc content of flower and root increased with increasing salinity but in Isfahan genotype in root part, the highest content was belonge to control. Calcium content of flower had the low variation and calcium of root in Ahvaz and Shiraz genotype was increased with increasing salinity. Manyezium content in flower and root with increasing salinity ncreased and only root Manyazium in Isfahan genotype decreased. Result showed with increasing salinity, most of micro and macro elements increased. Attation to was obtaind suitable flower yield, therefore can tell that Matricaria chamomilla has a suitable absorbe system and can growth in 12 dS per meter salinity. Also result showed for maximum production of flower yield, this plant is better plant by seed in atutum season(1/2481 kg/ha). Result also showed that this plant heighly varied under environoment conditions and result showed the Shiraz genotype is the best. Also result showed that with increasing salinity until 6 dS per meter, flower yield decreased and later than flower yield was constant and increased. Matricara chamomilla was resistant to salinity and main caus is suitable absorve system in this plant.
