Abstract:

In December 2019, a novel pneumonia caused by a previously unknown pathogen emerged in Wuhan, a city of 11 million people in central China. The initial cases were linked to exposures in a seafood market in Wuhan. (Wang, et al., 2020). Now the virus has spread worldwide, and almost all the countries are battling against this virus and are doing their best to curb the spread as much as possible (Jain, 2020) and The World Health Organization has declared it as a Pandemic (WHO, 2020). Due to this condition, many systems, goals, ethics, and trends need to be reconsidered to adjust to new situations. In this study, the researcher tried to look at the businesses’ ethics to protect their Customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
