Balanced Performance Evaluation (BPE), necessity of achive Lean Performance(LP)

Organizations before they are on the path to progress , must have a dependable knowledge of current situation so as to choose the best strategy for improvement .It can be claimed that the concept of net function implies a way to progress by adding value. Through the application of function evaluation system with an appropriate pattern that considers the multiple goals and the importance of learning and growth as the foundation of improvement in a balanced fashion.The authors seeks to explain this notion and the role of Balanced Scorecard in the fulfillment of this ideal in the organizations.
