University and Industry: A Sociological Study

If we look at society from the perspective of structural functionalism, all human societies have systems and subsystems that grow and improve their level of development and progress; They need to be productive of these existing subsystems. Undoubtedly, the existence of a dynamic balance between these sub-systems can be considered as an effective and vital factor for the development and growth of any society. Undoubtedly, the institutions of academia and industry are two very important institutions in the development of new societies. Our country is a developing society, in a sense, in transition, which in order to achieve its goals, needs a balanced and coordinated growth and development, with the help of which it can provide a better level of welfare and life for its members. For this reason, it is necessary for different institutions in a society to have a lot of coordination and communication so that the society can achieve its development and growth goals. The purpose of this study is to study and recognize the relationships and interactions of university and industry institutions and also to find out what factors strengthen this relationship and what factors can be an obstacle to this interaction. In this research, we try to collect information using library data. Using this method, we try to analyze the existing data and resources, as well as research in this field, and present their results in a new research format.
