The relationship between servant leadership and organizational behavior of education teachers abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between employee leadership and organizational citizenship behavior of all education teachers in Tonekabon city and the research method is quantitative and correlational. According to the cooperation of Tonekain city education and the information obtained in the 2019-20 academic year, 421 teachers are working in this city, out of which 201 teachers (81 men, 120 women) according to Morgan table and Simple random method formed a statistical sample. Patterson (2005) Servant Leadership Style Questionnaire and Dickinson (2009) Organizational Citizenship Questionnaire were used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.93 and 0.89, respectively, which is acceptable above 0.70.Data analysis was performed in two parts: descriptive and inferential, and in the descriptive part to measure the research variables from the measures of tendency to the center (average) and scattered measures from the center (standard deviation) and in the part of descriptive statistics from the coefficient Pearson correlation and multivariate regression were used with SPSS software version 23. used. According to the studies and the obtained results, there is a significant relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior of Tonekabon education teachers.
