Abstract:
Logistic activities affect all life contexts directly and indirectly, from individual affairs to family life and life cycle of enterprises. Logistics purpose is to minimize enterprise costs through creating time and site favorability for product; this paper investigates site dependent vehicle routing with fuzzy soft time window (SDVRPFSTW). Private and governmental enterprises which offer products and services in urban areas always face constraints including forbidden entrance of vehicles to some areas which has been lessconsidered in modeling vehicle routing problem. This study presents an Integer Linear Programming (ILP) problem to generate optimal solutions and an Ants Colony Algorithm to generate near optimal solutions.
