The Relationship Between Decision –Making Style and Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Trust and Job Satisfaction Of Managers abstract
Background and Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship betweendecision –making styles and psychological empowerment and organizational trust and job satisfaction of managers.Materials and methods:This descriptive study which is of correlative type was carried out in the primary schools of Semnan cityin 2019. The research population was 87 and the census sampling method was estimated. In order to collectdata from the decision –making styles, psychological empowerment, organizational trust , and jobsatisfaction questionnaires were used . The data were analyzed using SPSS 19 software and correlation andregression test.Findings: the research data showed that the level of organizational trust is medium .Pearson test resultsshowed that there was a significant relationship between decision- making styles and organizational trust(P ≥ 0.05). There was also a significant relationship between psychological empowerment andorganizational trust (P ≥ 0.05).Conclusion: the results of the study showed that there was a correlation between decision-making stylesand psychological empowerment and organizational trust.
