Abstract:

A simple and efficient procedure has been developed for the synthesis N-alicycl(alkyl)- ۳,۴-dihydro-۳,۳-dimethyl-۶-benzoylquinoxalin-۲-amine derivatives through a one‐pot Three-component reaction between ۱,۲-diaminobenzene derivatives, aromatic aldehyde or ketones and isocyanides in the presence of iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (Fe۳O۴ MNP’s) as catalyst in ethanol at room temperature with short reaction times and excellent yields. In this study use Fe۳O۴ MNP’s were applied as a magnetically separable Nanocatalyst to synthesize N-alicycl(alkyl)-۳,۴-dihydro-۳,۳- dimethyl-۶-benzoylquinoxalin-۲-amine derivatives. Quinoxaline derivatives which has are one of the oldest well-known heterocyclic compounds. They have attracted much attention in due to a wide variety of biological activities and extensive application in electronic industries. They play an important role as the basic skeleton for a number ofbiologically active compounds such as antibacterial, antidiabetic, antiviral, anticancer and anthelmintic.
