Abstract:

هدف این مقاله آن است که با معرفی اثربخشی بالقوه داستان سرایی برای توسعه منابع انسانی، به تقویت دامنه انتخاب مسئولان توسعه منابع انسانی در برآورده کردن اهداف آن بپردازد. در این مقاله، با رویکرد مرور ادبیات تم محور کرسول (۲۰۰۸) اطلاعات موجود در ادبیات پژوهشی، تحلیل و ترکیب و شواهدی از اثربخشی داستان سرایی برای توسعه منابع انسانی ارائه می شود. در پژوهش حاضر، ۱۱۱ مقاله مرتبط، از پایگاه های معتبر علمی براساس معیار مشخصی انتخاب و بررسی شد. مطابق یافته ها، پژوهشگران در حوزه های علمی مختلف (۱۶ حوزه) که اشتراک های ویژه ای با توسعه منابع انسانی دارند، به اثربخشی داستان سرایی در فعالیت های مختلف (۳۰ فعالیت)- که به اهداف و فعالیت های توسعه منابع انسانی مربوط می شود- توجه کرده اند. این درحالی است که بعضی از مطالعات، به آثار منفی داستان سرایی در سازمان، مانند استفاده از آن برای دستکاری عقاید اشاره کرده اند. درنتیجه، مسئولان توسعه منابع انسانی باید مهارت داستان سرایی را فراگیرند و این ابزار را به مجموعه رویکردها و ابزارهای خود بیفزایند.
