Identifying the Components of Learning and Teaching Schools in Education (Qualitative research) abstract

The purpose of the present research was identifying the components of learning and teaching schools` model in education as well as providing a suitable model. This research has been conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach also a strategy based on data foundation theory. In this respect, using purposeful approach and applying theoretical saturation criterion, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 faculty members having education and training document and experts familiar with education and training (in the field of educational sciences). To validate the findings, members' review strategies and homogeneous analysis were used and the results were adjusted during several stages. Open and axial coding were used to analyze the data. Finally, the effective dimensions in the learning schools section including 9 dimensions and 25 sub-components, and the effective dimensions andcomponents in the teaching schools section were classified into 9 dimensions and 36 sub-components.
