Abstract:

Bionic hands are needed to help people lost their hands continue their daily lives. Thisarticle discuss about a bionic hand which contains least requirements. sEMG sensor is used to recognize muscular movements and actuate servo motors by processed data by Arduino. The important thing about getting output from sEMG sensor is the places which its electrodes are patched. Theplaces which monitor muscular movement better will lead the sEMG sensor to recognize data moreaccurately. Although each part of finger cannot be controlled, the mechanism of this hand is designedin a way that the whole finger moves by just one servo motor. Linkages help other parts of fingermove and make the entire finger close or open by one motion.
