Abstract:
Recently, with the growth in population, highand unstable fuel prices and CO۲ emission concerns, theutilization of PHEVs is increasing considerably. In this regard,to optimally charge /discharge these PHEVs, system operatorsshould consider the electrical and thermal limitations indistribution network. In this paper, a smart strategy foroptimal charging/discharging of PHEVs in parking lots isproposed and discussed with high penetration of PHEVs anddifferent case studies. Three objective functions are defined forproposed methodology to minimize energy loss, voltagedeviations and manage congestion on lines with respect toavailability of PHEVs and current limitation of lines. To yieldan optimal set of Pareto-front, a high efficient and accuratealgorithm named as Fuzzy Multi Objective Particle SwarmOptimization (FMOPSO) has been used.
