Abstract:

Clinical application of nanobiotechnology in utilization of lypsomal encapsulation for maximized bioavailability and nutritional support, after intravenous vitamin C treatment to maintain the optimal intracellular concentration (above 1000 micro mol/L, is toxic to some cancer cells).Early clinical studies showed that high dose vitamin C, given by intravenous and oral routes, may improve symptoms and prolong life in cancer patient [1], recent evidence shows that oral administration of the maximum tolerated dose of vitamin C (18g/d) produces peak plasma concentrations of 220 micro mol/L, where as intravenous administration of the same dose produces plasma concentration about 25-fold higher. This indicates most available oral vitamin C supplement (tablets, capsules, or powders) does not provide the reasonable plasma concentration.30 years ago, Cameron Campbell and Pauling reported beneficial effects of high-dose vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) therapy for patients with terminal cancer. Concentration of 1000-5000 micro mol/L are selectively cytotoxic to tumor cells in vitro. One way to increase the clinical plausibility of alternative CA therapies is rigorous, well documented case reporting, as laid out in the U.S. national cancer institute best case series guidelines [2].In order to achieve the highest plasma concentration in cancer patients in out practice (Alternative Cancer Institute Since 1999) with access to the patients baseline and follow up blood test we have chosen the most effective form made by L.E.T. (Lyposomal Encapsulation Technology) [3].L.E.T. combines nano-technology and bio-technology. The lyposomes not only protect the supplement from degrading conditions in the environment, but will also deliver them safe to target organs and structures of the body.Liposomal Encapsulation Technology use of the natural phenomenon that makes life possible. The phenomenon is the natural tendency of phospholipids to form small vaccules (bubbles) called liposomes when in an aqueous solution under certain condition (cell membranes
