Extracting indicators for antifragile supply chain management based on agile, lean and sustainable paradigms in the construction industry

Abstract:

The supply chain in the construction industry is important given the current unstable and competitive conditions. Therefore, in this study, the integration of SWOT and BSC approaches has been used to extract key indicators. In this study, Thematic analysis and the Fuzzy Delphi method was used to determine key performance evaluation indicators for the construction industry and the settlement sector. The statistical population of this research is Didas company. The number of this statistical population includes ۱۴ people who were determined by the snowball method. To this end, Didas tried to use lean, agile and sustainable approaches to Antifragile of its supply chain. Therefore, these approaches examined in perspective of the five dimensions of the balanced scorecard. Therefore, in order to create Antifragile, it tried to identify strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in the supply chain. Reliability and validity tests confirm the results. The research findings showed that the three indicators of operating process costs, budgeting and recruitment and maintenance costs in the financial perspective are the top three indicators among the indicators in the financial field. Among the customer indicators, the three indicators of price stability and optimal pricing, receiving feedback and developing and improving communication and customer service are ranked ۱ to ۳, respectively. Receiving the integration and integration of processes, continuous monitoring and control of the external environment of the supply chain and continuous improvement and increasing the efficiency of processes are respectively three important indicators in terms of internal processes. In terms of growth and learning, training, creating a quality workforce and coaching leaders have gained the most value for this supply chain, respectively. Among the indicators in sustainability, cultural development in employees, safety and health of employees, stakeholders and people, and finally the economic sustainability of the country and the economic strength of customers are the top three indicators, respectively.
