A Heuristic Junior Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Optimization & Compromise Solution Method (jFVIKOR) with Modern Linguistic Fuzzy Scale Shakila & Sheida and problem solving in Business Performance Excellence Assessment according to European Foundation Quality Management Model

Previously FVIKOR (۲۰۱۱) has expressed by Serfim Opricovic (۲۰۱۱) as fuzzy MCDM method suitably. VIKOR acronym means Vlsekriterijuska Optimizacija Ikomoromisno Resenje in Serbian and it means multi-criteria optimization and compromise solution in English, and I call my new method as jFVIKOR (۲۰۲۲). Recentlly I’ve been introducing in my postdoc dissertation two new modern fuzzy scales as called Shakila (۲۰۲۲) & Sheida (۲۰۲۲), that I recognize Sheida (۲۰۲۳) should present as a fuzzy scale symmetrically. I am going to solve problem Business Performance Excellence Assessment according to EFQM by jFVIKOR (۲۰۲۲) and Sheida (۲۰۲۳) linguistic term fuzzy scale again. Lately I’ve been expressing jFVIKOR (۲۰۲۳) in my post-doctoral research in ۲۰۲۲ accurately. Furthermore mathematical relations of all FVIKORs (include jFVIKOR) method are the same of Opricovic (۲۰۱۱) method except IFVIKOR, and they are defined all the variables under uncertainy with TFNs and fuzzy solution invironment unclearly. This study scope is about jFVIKOR (۲۰۲۲), what criteria and alternatives evaluation fulfil by fresh linguistic fuzzy scale Shakila (۲۰۲۲) and Sheida (۲۰۲۳) more closely highly. Meanwhile the aspect and criteria in this study involve leadership with ۵ sub-criteria, strategy with ۴ sub-criteria, human resources with ۵ sub-criteria, partnership & resources with ۵ sub-criteria, products & services process with ۵ sub-criteria, customer results, people results, society results and key results seperately. Besides this study involve ۴ alternatives (real options) with ۲۸ criteria. Consequantely medium voltage circuit breakers alternative with Siemens brand reach top rank actually.
