Abstract:

Background and PurposePatient safety is considered one of the main pillars and important principles of health care quality and hospital accreditation, and it is considered one of the basic principles for any health care system in advancing the goals of this principle, and the attitude and view of nurses regarding this principle is one of the important things.materials and methodsThis cross-sectional study was conducted in ۱۴۰۰ in Kermanshah, where ۳۵۰ medical personnel working in medical departments were randomly surveyed, and the safety attitude questionnaire and demographic information were filled in, and the data were analyzed using spss۲۴ software. Was investigated.FindingsAccording to the obtained results, ۵۳% of people had an acceptable safety score, ۳۳% had a very good score, and ۱۴% had a poor safety score. that the highest score was related to stress recognition dimension and the lowest score was related to management perception and a significant difference was observed between the attitude of the health workers of special and emergency departments and other departments of the hospital.ConclusionAccording to the results of this research, it is necessary that the safety measures and safety culture in hospitals are more carefully and sensitively, and the orientation classes and personnel preparation are reviewed and the relevant policies are implemented in order to be more effective.
