TiO2 coated glycine as nanocarrier in drug delivery abstract

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanostructures were prepared by a simple precipitation method using titanium (IV) isopropoxide as a starting material. The nanostructures were characterized by various spectroscopic and microscopic techniques. The results showed the nanostructures can be an appropriate compounds for drug delivery applications. Therefore, for cover this nanoparticles, glycine has been used. As the main drug, curcumin is connected to glycine that was used as a cover by means of covalent bonds.
