Integrated SCMP Model for Allied Supply Chains

In today's competitive business world with the various relationships between firms, the supply chain structures are more complex and supply chain managers have to consider SC vs. SCrelations instead of Firm vs. Firm. In the corporates and multibusiness companies, it is possible to share some of facilitiesbetween different supply chain to make synergy and reduce costs. In this paper an aggregated Supply Chain Master Planning(SCMP) model is proposed for two multi-echelon multi-period supply chains in a discount interval within a corporate. Computational experiments are done using Lingo 11.0 package. The results show that a joint decision making in purchasing is beneficial for both supply chain and reduce total cost of allied chain.
