In the present research, a new constructed electrochemical modified sensor with the Au/AuNPs,Polypyrole,micell(L-Lorylesulfate-Complex Cadmium) is introduced for measuringand monitoring of T4 and Insulin hormones in human blood serum samples. Cyclic and Square Wave voltametry, Impedance spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy techniques are used toidentify and verify the electrochemical behavior and characterization of the new modified sensor.Good sensitivity and selectivity, excellent stability and long-term maintenance of electro activity forthe sensor responds it to trace amounts of T4 and Insulin hormones . Signaling to high noise, wide line range of response, high sensivity and proper selectivity of this sensor is considered to be as a unique preference for this device
