Fabrication a Novel Modified Electrode Based on GC/ AuNPs- Graphen-PPy/ L-Cys/ Ag@NPs nano-structured for determination of CCP and CRP in Human Blood Serum Sample

In this paper, a novel sensor was constructed by modifying glassy carbon electrode surface with a new nanostructured AuNPs-Graphen-PPy/L-cys/ Ag@NPs for theselective determination of CCP and CRP in human blood serum samples. The characterization of the sensor was studied byscanning electron microscopy,electrochemical impedancespectroscopy, cyclic and square wave voltammetry techniques. The proposed sensor shows simple preparation, goodreproducibility, long-term storage stability and accuracy in analysis. The sensor does not suffer from coexisting organicand inorganic materials. We expect the sensors of this type to be effective devices for applications in CCP and CRP detection in biological fluids.
