Effect of Instrumental and chemical Parameters on the response of GC/ AuNPs-Graphen-PPy/ L-Cys/ Ag@NPs nano-structured sensorfor determination of CCP and CRP in Human Blood Serum Sample

In this paper, a sensor was constructed by modifying glassy carbon electrode surface with a new nano-structured AuNPs-Graphen-PPy/L-cys/Ag@NPs forthe selective determination of CCP and CRP in human blood serum samples. The characterization of the sensor was studied by cyclic and square wave voltammetrytechniques. Chemical and instrumental parameters of the measurements which affect the sensitivity of the sensors,including pH, concentration of supporting electrolyte, scan rate, frequency and amplitude were optimized. The proposed sensor shows simple preparation, goodreproducibility, long-term storage stability and accuracy in analysis. The sensor does not suffer from coexisting organic and inorganic materials. We expect the sensors of this type to be effective devices for applications in CCP and CRP detection in biological fluids.
