Comprehensive
primary level education in
different countries is associated with challenges, and to solve these challenges, it needs appropriate solutions and serious efforts from the education authorities. By implementing appropriate solutions, it is possible to increase the success in inclusive primary education in
different countries and, as a result, contribute to sustainable economic and social development. This article examines the level of success and challenges in the inclusive primary education system in different countries. The main purpose of this article is to identify effective factors in the realization of educational goals and analyze the challenges that exist in the process of
inclusive education in these countries. In this article, library research method is used. Analytical study of articles and research related to
inclusive education has been done in different countries. Also, information related to existing challenges and solutions has been collected from reliable sources. The results of this article show that in different countries, the success rate in
inclusive education varies according to various factors such as educational policies, technological equipment, teaching and evaluation. Also, challenges such as lack of educational equipment, lack of necessary arrangements for access to education, or neglecting the needs of learners are also observed. And finally, to solve the challenges in inclusive education, this article offers solutions that include: improving educational policies and investing more in educational infrastructure, developing technology in education, creating educational programs adapted to the needs and abilities of learners, and developing schools. It focuses on the effective relationship between teachers and students in elementary school.
