Abstract:
Autism spectrum disorder refers to a wide range of developmental and neurological disorders. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder should always have a caregiver in their life on average, and this caregiver is usually the child's mother; therefore, mothers of autistic children experience higher levels of stress and worry. These mothers usually experience more social stress due to their child's non-uniformity with society. Social stress causes rumination and worry, which can be accompanied by two symptoms of depression and anxiety, thus causing mothers to deal with life events in a negative way. For this purpose, ways to control and reduce rumination and worry in the field of mental health of mothers and parenting can be considered an important matter. The research method of this research is the collection method, a library through which the required information is collected and the materials are described in a descriptive way using various types of applied research and reliable sources. The research tools include taking a sample and analyzingrumination and treatment concerns.
