E-Learning, An Overview of Benefits and Limitation

Today, e-learning has become one of the basic components of education process and has a great impact onpeople's lives and most of the time of every person is spent on social networks. Students are not exemptfrom this rule and virtual space is very popular among them. Therefore, if this space is used properly, itwill help a lot to improve the scientific level. Virtual or electronic education is a type of education, which,unlike traditional education, is not done face-to-face or in person. This method increases the speed oflearning and increases the time to memorize the material in the mind. It also saves class time and allowsstudents to access files shared over the Internet when they are unable to attend class for any reason. Forthis reason, e-learning is considered one of the best and most effective methods. In this article, we havetried to define the advantages and disadvantages of this type of education by expanding the view of elearningand electronic learning and express a vision of the future of e-learning.
