Markovian queuing System with Fuzzy Parameter with balking phonomenon

The aim of this paper is to derive the performance measures in queuing system of M/M/1 and M/M/1/K when the arrival rate λ and service rate μ both are fuzzy number and we denote them with And . The commonly used performance measures of queuing Systems are system length, queuelength, System waiting time. waiting time in the queue which are extractor from the fuzzy state probability function governing the behavior of the system.
