Male Labour Supply Modelling; Fuzzy Approach versus Analytical Modelling

Economic systems are very complex and difficult to understand and model analytically, due to existence of uncertainties caused by various economicactors. One of them is labor market. To restrain unemployment problem, economists require accurate models of labor supply and demand. This paper developsa fuzzy technique to model the labor supply. The most important idea is that rule bases of fuzzy model can beconstructed by economic theories and results of historicalresearches on labor supply. Also it applies the hierarchical fuzzy model to defeat complexity of rulebases because of the high number of inputs. Moreover, developing the dynamic hierarchical fuzzy system for male labor supply is defeated to the complex dynamics of labour supply system.
