Yoga Training For People Suffering Different Ranges OfDisabilities Based On Experimental Approaches abstract

One of the problems for physically inactive people is experiencing more difficulty while performing physical tasks. This research aimed to understand the patients’ perception of Disability Yoga as witnessed by participants of this Yoga for Everyone, in order to inform future research initiatives, program development, and community events. This qualitative research method that draws from phenomenology uses semi-structured research as well as group observations. For analysis, the assumpted collected data can be considered as subjects for thematic analysis which is an iterative and inductive process. As for participants, there can be people with various types of mobility limitations. Influencing environmental and personal aspects can be the first thematic category as if the class atmosphere encouraged the holistic development of an individual followed by physical improvements in appearance, mental and emotional effects, and, lastly, the creation of a sense of belongingness. The outcomes of the Yoga for Everyone class might be seen as numerous and complex regarding the movement disabilities of the clients. As such, it is possible for other community initiatives working for the benefit of people with disabilities to achieve success, based on strategies such as focusing on cooperation with communities, the use of a system with the involvement of volunteers, and the maintenance of a steady and open social environment
