Benchmarking BMW's Design Using Artificial Intelligence for Innovation in Body Design and Efficient Material Consumption in the Iranian Automotive Industry abstract
This article analyzes the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the automotive industry, particularly in the design of vehicle bodies, with a focus on BMW. The use of AI not only enhances design and manufacturing processes but also optimizes material consumption and improves product quality. By analyzing customer data and identifying their needs and preferences, BMW is able to design vehicles that respond to market demands and increase customer satisfaction. Moreover, AI plays a significant role in optimizing battery design and weight distribution in electric and hybrid vehicles, enhancing efficiency and reducing energy consumption. This technology enables a better quality of driving experiences and fosters a stronger connection between customers and the brand. Finally, with the advancement of new technologies and continued research and development in AI, automotive companies in Iran, such as Iran Khodro and Saipa, should pay greater attention to these transformations in order to succeed in today's competitive landscape and provide exceptional experiences for their customers. These efforts will not only enhance competitiveness but also address environmental challenges.
