Abstract:
language is both a tool and a goal that is cognitive, psycho - physical, emotional - emotional, health, and value will rise. Language is a tool rather than a goal that sometimes replace in education is a fundamental task. Language can be a means of communication, understanding and interaction between speaker and listener. The gradual development of language and cognitive development, particularly in the formation of character, safety and mental health has a direct impact on mother tongue and in general, the first factor in shaping the character, culture and identity. Language and spoken form forms of communication that oral, written or symptom emerges, we need language in order to listen, speak, read and write. Language determines thought and thought. Based on the hypothesis language says multiple languages, there are different viewpoints. Four communities to the history of civilization is the history of native language content, age of housing, metal era, the era of science and technology, and is now divided into the information age. In all periods , mother tongue has a key role and fundamental for people. Mother tongue constantly evolve character of people and congnition is constructive. This research is based on a descriptive way and library. The results of this study indicate that there is a language of communication in the process, learn to express their environment and surroundings play an essential role in its development.
