Abstract:

In this paper the bond graph of the microfluidics system using pulsatile pressure is developed and the related equations of motions have been derived as well by bond graph approach. The EC model of pulsatile setup has been discussed using Equivalent Circuit technique (also known as EC). The related dynamic equations of motions obtained from state space and after that by applying 20-sim software, the simulation of voltage for EC model of microvalve in an elastic tube has been performed. Also the simulation of voltage as a function of frequency has been done.
