Study the effect of FDI on economic growth during the period in Iran (1353-86)

Different models and theories developed over time and in related to economic growth, new variables are introduced as a power of growth economists are attracted to. The role and status of funds and investments is allocated to development patterns, due to the complexity and diversity of funding, streams that are constantly being reviewed and evaluated. Transportation as one of the factors that influence economic growth, by cargo and passengers, increases terms of access to national facilities and welfare because it is one of the important infrastructures components of the production cycle – Consumption Considered,therefore it has an important role in the economic growth process. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of FDI on economic growth in Iran (1353-86), the two method using time series co-integration of econometric methods Johansen – Juselius to estimate the error correction model to estimate the relationship between long-term and short-term deals.The results indicate that the estimated model is foreign direct investment and a net export during the course review the long-term impact on economic growth is positive and significant, Coefficients of these variables are, respectively, 2.85 and 4.05.
