Poroject work package clasifying by a hauristic method to reach mimimum cost delay time

This paper prents an application of genttic algorithms in project planning and project scheduling problem. There are strict requirements of time bounded and budget cost for projects. Project management causes the problem of efficent resource assignment . acivity, tme constraints and relationships between activites . genetic algorthm uses random presentation of chromosome and two types of crossover uniform and arithmetic. the proposed solution is employed on a problem for verification.
