Abstract:

در مطالعه حاضر تلاش بر آن است تا با روشی کتابخانه ای - اسنادی و روایی - تحلیلی، تحولات منظر شهری کلانشهر مشهد تحت تأثیر نیروهای جهانی شدن، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. دراین راستا در گام اول با مرور مطالعات و متون نظری مرتبط با موضوع، و طبقه بندی و تحلیل آنها، مبانی نظری و هسته تحلیل روند تغییرات منظر شهری در قالب تکوین شهرهای جهانی تدوین می شود. این ابعاد به طور کلی شامل تحول منظر در قالب فن آوری، تبلور فرهنگ مصرفی و یکسان سازی، دگرگونی در راستای تصویر معتبر تجاری - اقتصادی و در نهایت تغییر ساخت عمومی و اجتماعی هستند. در گام دوم با استفاده از ابعاد به دست آمده در مرحله قبل، و با توجه به تحولات و توسعه های شهری اخیر کلانشهر مشهد، دگرگونی های منظر شهری مشهد مورد آسیب شناسی قرار می گیرد. این پژوهش نشان می دهد که دگرگونی های اخیر کلانشهر مشهد متأسفانه در جهتی منفی پیش رفته و در صورت ادامه این روند امکان وارد شدن آسیب های بیشتر به هویت و بافت کالبدی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی - مدنی مشهد وجود دارد.
