Abstract:

تغییرات سریع در دنیای کنونی سازمانها را با مشکلات مختلفی مواجه کرده است. پژوهشها نشان داده که ارزش بازاری شرکتها و موسسات مالی را عمدتا داراییهای غیر مالی که به آنها داراییهای نامشهود یا سرمایه فکری می گویند، تعیینمی کند. همچنین سازمانها با شناخت بهتر اجزای سرمایه فکری و راهکارهایی برای تقویت و پرورش آنها می توانند آن را به عنوان منبعی برای مزیت رقابتی پایدار به کار گیرند هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر سرمایه فکری برعملکرد کارکنان امور مالی واحدهای زیر مجموعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان می باشد..لذا در تحقیق حاضر، میزان وابستگی سرمایه فکری و عملکرد کارکنان امور مالی واحدهای زیر مجموعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان را تعیین، و ارتباط بین اجزای سرمایه فکری)سرمایه انسانی،ساختاری وارتباطی( با عملکرد کارکنان امور مالی واحدهای زیرمجموعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان مشخص شد. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که سرمایه فکری و عملکرد کارکنان امور مالی واحدهای زیر مجموعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دارای وابستگی مثبتی نسبت به یکدیگر هستند
