An Evaluation of Enablers in the Performance of Educational Heads in Dezful on the Basis of EFQM Excellence Model

The aim of this article is to evaluate the quality of enablers in the performance of educational heads in Dezful on the basis of EFQM Excellence Model. This study is a descriptive research.In order to collect the data, the researcher of this study used a questionnaire and interviewed the participants. The statistical population of this study consisted of 290 educational heads in Dezful. Based on Morgan table, the statistical sample consisted of 165 educational heads inDezful. The results showed that the score of performance appraisal among educational heads was 62.7. It indicates a slight improvement in the performance of educational heads
